...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!

Videos!

Time for vacation

I'll admit that I'm not much of a fan of remakes, especially when they are of films from the last 30 years or so, but when the main stars of said remake are cats... then I'm in. We revisit Aaron's Animals, as a naughty feline switcharooney results in poor Michael being left... Home Alone...

Just wait another 20-odd years before we get shitloads of clickbaity articles that all claim to have "exclusive" facts about this video, despite them all being identical and really not worth the pixels they consist of.

She won't let me buy 'em

After posting part 1 last week, it seems only fair to bring you the Best Fails Of The Year Part 2, this week...

I've 'ad a drink in Budapest

Time for a break... well... a load of them... all from Christmas Day over the years. We start off with one from Southern Television in 1980, who (unknown to them at this point) had only a year and one week left to live and as is usually the case now, the festive adverts have all but vanished, to be replaced by sales and holidays... and more alcohol... because new year and shit.

We move forward to Christmas Day 1984 and into the Thames region. Yet again, more sales, more Allied Carpets and more alcomahol but also some casual racism and a bit of cock...

Staying with Christmas Day 1984, but in a different region - HTV Wales. We start with the very same junction as Thames, only with a different version of the ITV trailer. Considering it's from the very same night, the ads are very different, although still the same theme: Sales and alcohol, but with added jerky cgi and DI Burnside as a skinhead breakfast staple...

Cracker surprise

And we end with some music, because what is Christmas, if there is no music? Here is Squeeze, with one of their lesser-played releases and even lesser-seen videos...

Moving on, we have Madness, with a song that doesn't have anything to do with Christmas, but this video comes from a Christmassy Top Of The Pops and I love the effort the set designers went to.

WARNING: This video contains a certain paedo DJ for a total of 7.95 seconds at the start and end, but other than that, it's perfectly safe.

And we end with the true meaning of Christmas. No, not the fucking Coca-Cola truck, but this...

Just one more thing... because you can't have Christmas without Cliff...

And that's your lot.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, YOU BASTARDS!

Go away, now.
